Start ART in all HIV/HBV-coinfected individuals who require treatment for their HBV infection, (chronic active hepatitis), irrespective of the CD4 cell count or the WHO clinical stage.
Notes and Remarks
There are no special clinical ART recommendations specific to any key population. However, because of stigma, discrimination and marginalization, they frequently present late for treatment
