Uncomplicated chlamydial infection in pregnant and breastfeeding women. When azithromycin is not available, WHO suggests one of the following options:
- amoxicillin 500 mg orally three times a day for 7 days; or
- erythromycin 500 mg orally four times a day for 7 days.
