lopinavir/r is recommended as the preferred third drug for HIV post-exposure prophylaxis for children younger than 10 years. An age-appropriate alternative regimen can be identified among atazanavir/r (ATV/r), RAL, darunavir (DRV), efavirenz (EFV) and nevirapine (NVP).
